Computational formulas and identities for new classes of Hermite‐based Milne–Thomson type polynomials: Analysis of generating functions with Euler's formula

The aim of this paper is to construct generating functions for new families special polynomials including the Appel polynomials, Hermite-Kamp\`e de F\`eriet Milne-Thomson type parametric kinds Apostol numbers and polynomials. Using Euler's formula, relations among functions, Hermite-type Chebyshev Dickson are given. their functional equations, various formulas identities With help computational formula some numerical values hypegeometric series, trigonometric applications related presented. We find an explicit expression of the Tutte polynomial of an $n$-fan. We also find a formula of the Tutte polynomial of an $n$-wheel in terms of the Tutte polynomial of $n$-fans. Generating Kummer Type Formulas for Hypergeometric Functions
Kummer type formulas are identities of hypergeometric series. A symmetry by the permutations of n-letters yields these formulas. We will present an algorithmic method to derive known and new Kummer type formulas. The algorithm utilizes several algorithms in algebra and geometry for generating Kummer type formulas.
